You can use "dd" to extract your boot record and then put it into NT's root and point its multi-OS thingy to it (Pretty rediculusly difficult for multibooting if you ask me. Probably intentional) or you can just have FreeBSD repair the MBR by booting from a CD or floppy after NT is installed.
