KDE 2.2.2

When i startx KDE works properly on both my displays, but after a few
seconds the window manger vanishes from the secondary display.  The Desktop
and icons are still there, but the panel is gone.  I can the desktop config
dialogs (if i open from an icon it opens on primary display), but everything
lacks the Window border and other KDE stuff.
