I thinks it's the only way. And please, remember about external ftp-proxy helper, which is far from ideal and should to be replaced or at least fixed for work in CGN cases. Moreover, we should to understand that coming time for CGN (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier-grade_NAT) to work from IPv6-only networks in IPv4 networks.
