I believe this is because docbook-xsl's pkg-install script tries to perform both "xmlcatmgr add rewriteSystem" and "xmlcatmgr add rewriteURI" commands for the same URI, and the new xmlcatmgr disallows this. >How-To-Repeat: With your ports up-to-date: portinstall -f textproc/xmlcatmgr portinstall -f textproc/docbook-xsl >Fix: Don't know.
