What seems to be wrong here? This is one of those little thumb-sized flashdrives; 4.5-RC1 right now on a VAIO. Aug 7 22:54:03 vaio /kernel: umass0: ACDC Inc. Security Device, rev 1.10/0.01, addr 5 Aug 7 22:54:53 vaio /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): got CAM status 0x4 Aug 7 22:54:53 vaio /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): fatal error, failed to attach to device Aug 7 22:54:53 vaio /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): lost device Aug 7 22:54:53 vaio /kernel: (da0:umass-sim0:0:0:0): removing device entry The flashdrive is formatted FAT and I've tried mount -t msdos /dev/da0 /mnt but it still fails to attach.
