One freebsd machine and one widnows machine.I used to connect to internet using my freebsd ppp and the phone line. The freebsd is a gateway so the windows had internet either.I have bought a cabel modem yesterday. It has both types of connections - usb and lancard cabel.I don't have a hub so my lan card is busy.My question is : Can i use my new cabel internet when if the cabel modem is connected to the usb port on my freebsd 4.5 ? I have tried to do this but without success. Can u help me ? Can u give me some advice or any websites where i can find info about this topic ? Faithfully yours, M.N. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
