www/hastymail2 (and others) clobber the settings.php files in every plugin
directory, thus breaking installations every time the port is updated.

Additionally, just for the record, these ports belong in mail/, not www/.
Every other webmail port is in mail/.

Please consider simply renaming the settings.php files to settings.php.sample
before installing.

Bonus points if you conditionally copy them to settings.php on initial install.
