It looks like you might have an old gnomevfs installation lying around. Try doing a pkg_deinstall -f gnomevfs, then remove /usr/X11R6/include/gnome-vfs*. Then reinstall the latest gnomevfs (gnomevfs-1.0.4_3 as of this writing). You should end up with a /usr/X11R6/include/gnome-vfs-1.0 directory when you're done.
