How can I found out information on the use of the FIPS utility?  I want to
Install FreeBSD on my machine as safely as possible.  I do not have any
back-up utilities but I can't afford to lose any volitile data.  FreeBSD
warns that  it may destroy some disk information.  I do not want this to
happen.  I would appriciate any suggestions.
