It's built now. I just did:
% cd /usr/ports/print/ghostscript8
% make deinstall
% make distclean
% make rmconfig
Then, rebooted (not sure if that has had anything to do with the success
of the build or not)
Then:
% cd /usr/ports/print/ghostscript8
% make install clean
and that did it.
