Lacking any other governing conditions you have some but not unlimited 
rights to copyright. GPL is a pre-exsiting condition. The originator's 
copyright is a pre-existing condition. Anonymous changes will not have 
a copyright and will bear the copyright of the original document as 
that document was distributed with one and only one copyright notice.
