They work >like a charm. A few comments on 3Ware controllers: -There was a recent advisory from 3ware about Raid 5. If you use their Raid 5 you can loose data. -I highly recommend you flash your controller to the latest bios -Raid 1 and 10 have been the most trouble free for me.
