Summary:
Ports JDK13 does not install properly on Freebsd 4.2

Your Name: Ken Egervari
Your Organization: Positive Edge
Category: Ports
Severity: Critical
Priority: High
Class: sw-bug
Which FreeBSD: 4.2

Environment:
FreeBSD clients.positive-edge.com 4.2-RELEASE FreeBSD 4.2-RELEASE #0: =
Mon Nov 20 13:02:55 GMT 2000 =
jkh@bento.FreeBSD.org:/usr/src/sys/compile/GENERIC i386

Full Description:
The JDK fails to make properly. I have Glib12 and GTK+ 1.2 already =
installed with ports. For some reason the jdk does not compile. I have =
the linux-jdk13 working, but I was advised by Ersnt de Haan that the =
jdk13 was much more reliable. Here is the details upon the "make =
install". Ernst suggested that it is trying to build the Solaris files =
and that shouldn't be happening.
