This is damned insubstantial. NO_LKM and NO_SWAPPING would be okay, but in the long term if NO_LKM messes (not to say it does) KLD's up, it shouldn't be removed. Hmm... if NO_LKM doesn't stop KLD's from working at all, should LKM support be in the kernel at all anymore?
