Hi Sven !

The following is pure speculation, may be I shouldn't stick my neck out on
this, but since noone else has...

It seems that interrupts from the Fritz!Card do not reach the driver.

- are you sure it is configured for irq 5 ?
- mybe the kernel config should read :
   device isic0 at isa? port 0x300 net irq 5 flags 4
(note the added "net")
