I got it working...:
iha0: <IOI IOI-4203U/A PCI SCSI adapter> port 0xde00-0xdeff mem
0xeffff000-0xeff
fffff irq 10 at device 16.0 on pci0
iha0: Reset SCSI Bus ...
iha0: driver is using old-style compatibility shims
