Um.... that was not was I was trying to get across.  I was hoping someone
might try reaching www.netbsd.org from their freebsd.org box, maybe even while
using tcpdump, and speculate as to why I or anyone else might be having a 
problem.  Could be netbsd, could be freebsd, could be my configuration. Dunno.
And from what I can tell, neither do you.
