It is NOT the domain name for my LAN. KMail is setup properly with the correct names, but somehow it still gets switched to the above. Anything I send to myself with the localnet address via Sendmail goes off into never-neverland. Is there some config file that holds the local domain name for Sendmail; I have grep'ed /etc, /usr, /var, and /home for the text "mailbank.com" and come up blank. > Received: from localhost (catchall@localhost [127.0.0.1]) > by jupiter.upton.net (8.11.4/8.11.4) with ESMTP id f8EM4cF10946 > for ; Fri, 14 Sep 2001 18:04:43 -0400 (EDT) > (envelope-from paul@sd2.mailbank.com) > Received: from mail.busy1.on.home.com [24.0.95.227] > by localhost with POP3 (fetchmail-5.8.11) > for paul@localhost (single-drop); Fri, 14 Sep 2001 18:04:43 -0400 > > (EDT) > Received: from there ([24.150.36.162]) by femail5.sdc1.sfba.home.com > (InterMail vM.4.01.03.20 201-229-121-120-20010223) with SMTP > id <20010914220102.UMWO25361.femail5.sdc1.sfba.home.com@there> > for ; Fri, 14 Sep 2001 15:01:02 -0700 > Content-Type: text/plain; > charset="iso-8859-1" > From: Paul Murphy > To: pnmurphy1@home.com > Subject: Test > Date: Fri, 14 Sep 2001 18:01:02 -0400 > X-Mailer: KMail [version 1.3] > MIME-Version: 1.0 > Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit > Message-Id: <20010914220102.UMWO25361.femail5.sdc1.sfba.home.com@there> > X-UIDL: )`""!?W("!Tg0"!gS?"! > Status: R > X-Status: N p.s.
