welll...  then there is a bug in src/usr.bin/Makefile for not listing
killall... it is in the 2.1.5 source tree...  I thought that since is was
in the 2.2-0323-SNAP that is almost HAD to bin the 2.1.5 release... oh
well.. my mistake...

but killall will be in the next release....  ttyl...
