The problem I have is at boot up. It hangs with this message: ahc0: Probing channel A ahc0 waiting for scsi devices to settle And it just sits there indefinitely. This happens about 4 out of 5 reboots and the only thing I can do is keep power cycling until it works. Not much fun if a reboot occurs while it is unattended :-( When it does work, the pause after the above message is for only a few seconds. What's happening? BTW the sysinstall is nice :-) Regards, Jake Dias PC User Group
