Hello,

I am using the second snapshot; 2.1.0-Development

The hardware being used is

Intel P90 with 32MB RAM
ISA ethernet card a D-Link 220
Adaptec 2940 PCI SCSI card
PCI IDE drive (as root partiton)
2GB SCSI Drive.

The problem I have is at boot up.

It hangs with this message:

ahc0: Probing channel A
ahc0 waiting for scsi devices to settle

And it just sits there indefinitely.

This happens about 4 out of 5 reboots and the only thing I can do
is keep power cycling until it works. Not much fun if a reboot occurs
while it is unattended :-(

When it does work, the pause after the above message is for only a few seconds.

What's happening?

BTW the sysinstall is nice :-)
