Subject: GRASS5 build failure under 5.1-RELEASE, fix

Under FreeBSD 5.1-RELEASE, cvsup'd to the version of 7/18/03, grass5
fails to build (the configure script fails when it checks for "gd)".

The cause appears to be a change from "gd" to "gd2";
gd2 has the include files in /usr/local/include while gd has them in
/usr/local/include/gd.

I created the /usr/local/include/gd directory manually and then symlinked
the .h files into that directory. "make" hasn't finished yet, but it
is proceeding normally.
