Hello,

I attempted to telnet to a box the other night, and found it was
locked (all ports) hard...

Upon physical reboot and a good fsck, messages revealed the following:

/kernel: (da0:ahc2:0:1:0): READ(06). CDB: 8 10 f2 10 e 0
/kernel: (da0:ahc2:0:1:0): MEDIUM ERROR csi:ff,ff,ff,ff asc: 31,0
/kernel: (da0:ahc2:0:1:0): Medium format corrupted

Is this just a disk taking its final breath, or can I interpret this
to mean something else?

Thanks,

					-Mike
