With the boot manager.  When you install, you'll be given a choice to
install it.  Then at boot up, you'll have a choice between Win95 and
FreeBSD.  It defaults to the last OS loaded.

Definetly read the FAQ and Handbook.  You might also want to buy a 
book called 'The Complete FreeBSD' by Greg Lehey.
