Unless you set a dipswitch, it won't work with "audio DAT Tapes"; HP
is the first drive that whines about them.  8-(.

I also believe the default block size is 0 for autorecognition; there
was a big discussion on this about 8 months ago.  Look at the "mt"
command man page for setting the block size.
