I've had the same warnings on two consecutive nights so I think this
is a real problem, not just a badly timed update:

Updating the ports index ... Generating INDEX.tmp - please wait..
"/home/ports/chinese/emacs20/../../editors/emacs20/Makefile", line 67: warning: duplicate script for target "post-install" ignored
"/home/ports/chinese/emacs20/../../editors/emacs20/Makefile", line 68: warning: duplicate script for target "post-install" ignored
cd: can't cd to /usr/ports/databases/postgresql-server
"Makefile", line 52: warning: "cd /usr/ports/databases/postgresql-server && make -V WRKSRC" returned non-zero status

The first two problems appear to be the result of edwin's recent patch
to ports/editors/emacs20/Makefile

The last problem is more dificult to definitely locate - there's no
imediately obvious cause, though mail/dspam-devel/Makefile has grown
a postgresql-server depend recently.
