OK. It sounds like you and Dima are converging on the idea of having Web-accessible release notes. I'm more happy with this idea (it doesn't bloat the repository, and the Web site gets rebuilt twice a day anyways, so the RELNOTESng files should be pretty up-to-date). So maybe we'll try this. (Well, once I get RELNOTESng committed and things stabilize a bit.) Thanks!
