https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D282092 Bug ID: 282092 Summary: ports-mgmt/portscout: Incorrect versions reported Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: bofh@freebsd.org Reporter: jwb@freebsd.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(bofh@freebsd.org) Assignee: bofh@freebsd.org Got a couple edge cases here you may want to look at. biology/bcf-score is quirky because it's a plugin for biology/bcftools. Same with biology/bio-mocha. Portscount reported that a new version 1.21 of bcf-score is available.=20 However, there is no such version. The latest is 1.20-20240927, see https://software.broadinstitute.org/software/score/. Portscout is probably confused by the fact that bcftools is added to the distfiles for bcf-score. Also, portscout is not reporting updates for biology/htslib, biology/samtoo= ls, and biology/bfctools. Probably because I can't use the github-generated distfiles for those. Upstream manually packs more complete ones. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
