Synopsis: Update the hylafax port to do a client install

State-Changed-From-To: open->suspended
State-Changed-By: ade
State-Changed-When: Tue Mar 28 09:08:10 PST 2000
State-Changed-Why:
comms/hylafax is currently marked FORBIDDEN, since there are
a number of gaping security holes in it, that no-one seems to
be interested in fixing. Therefore, this submission is suspended
for one month. If hylafax itself doesn't get any attention by
then, it should be deleted from the tree, and this PR closed.

Responsible-Changed-From-To: freebsd-ports->ade
