Yep, you can find it on the FTP Site, It's at: ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/docs/handbook-html.tar.gz You'll need to unzip and untar it by typing tar -xzvf handbook-html.tar.gz Hope this helps you.
