Hm ? You mean who is doing Multicast ?
http://www.multicasttech.com/status/mbgp.sum lists all BGP ASN's which
announce prefixes to the default free zone with NLRI multicast set (used for
RPF).

I think they still try to do that - and it seems they're still the only
ones trying that.
