Guessing here, but I'd say that most folks moving to postfix are doing so because it's the easiest transition to make from sendmail, as I did with a previous employer and some 5k users. With that said, using ezmlm and vpopmail with postfix should actually be a fairly trivial thing to get set up. With postfix being more flexable than qmail, I almost went this route, but got crunched for time, and ended up sticking with qmail for my rollout.
