There is no port for the server, but there is a script you can use to set up a local mirror of the official servers: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/projects/portsnap/ (ironically - given the context of this discussion - it's in projcvs, which is the last remaining repo that hasn't yet been converted to svn - mostly because almost nobody uses it.)
