Cvsup sends compressed diffs.

I had a specific result in mind, and I accomplished it. Done deal. I
have the authority from will to make commits, using my best judgement.
I made my decision. I was forced to do something quickly because of
Ade's surprise commit.

Now, please drop this. It has ceased to be even the least bit
productive. I have real problems to attend to; this is not one of them.
