Yes, the new 2.1.5R floppy installation requires the .inf file to be on the
first diskette in the distribution directory.  So, for bin, and in the /bin
directory on the first diskette, you will need bin.aa - bin.ae and bin.inf.
This goes for all of the other distributions.
