	I'm tempted to not answer this since you refuse to go along with the 
way things are done here, but:

cd /usr/ports/shells/bash1    or  bash2  as your preference
make install clean

bash2 is version 2.04    bash1 is 1.14.7
If you want it statically linked, I think you'll have to go through 
more effort.
