Apparently he just forgot to re-enable it after libdisk has been fixed to support sparc64. Nevertheless, my change was good at least for these two reasons: 1. It allowed jake@ to notice and re-enable sysinstall in usr.sbin/Makefile. 2. Native releases prior to this came with rtermcap.o in the source distribution.
