Hi,
problems with carp:
*) freebsd only allows 1 route
-> with a routing-protocol at the ucarp-machine
carp can not add the 2nd own route
*) carp can/could not use more than 1 subnet
*) carp can/could not bind to an interface
*) in a router environment carp fails to add routes
...
I decided to use ucarp but needed to modify it.
see attached patch / scripts.
I use ucarp now since 3 months in production.
