 What's your PowerBook model ? Would you be able to find the default
screen size/resolution from the Ofw prompt

e.g.

  0 > dev screen
  0 > .properties

 and look for width, height, depth and linebytes.

 Also, try setting hw.syscons.disable=1 at the loader prompt and see if it
boots OK.
