Johan, While I have never tried this, sysinstall appears to support entering non-standard FTP URLs. After you choose the FTP option, you can choose the FTP server. The second option in this list is 'URL', which allows you to type in any FTP site -- and as I presume, the ftp-archive site will work if entered here. -Andy.
