I don't recall just what it can do, but take a look at www.ranish.com
It's a partition manager I ran across some time ago and seemed to be free.

Problem with Ranish Partition Manager is that=20
documentation is lacking, IMO.  You do *not* want=20
to be fiddling with partitions if you are not=20
completely sure of what you are doing.  I owe a=20
full reinstall of W2K to my inability to properly 
understand Ranish.  (Oh well, it wiped out a bunch 
of accumulated cruft, I guess.:)
