I have a 1542 and a scd0 for boot but there is also a ide cdrom and disk. I have the device worm0 in the kernel and have done MAKEDEV worm0 all errors point toward not having the scsi device configured. same sort of errors for wormcontrol as well. How do get the /dev/worm0 to "see" id2 lun0 on the aha0 bus?? I am sure this is something really simple ... what is it?
