The issue, as before, is that www/yarn's default dependency was changed from www/node to something that conflicts with www/node. If www/node{4,6,8} and www/node are all going to be in the tree and each conflict, we have to ensure that, by default, no two dependency trees will create conflicts. A framework would certainly make this easier. Ports like www/npm and devel/rubygem-execjs (which is required by www/rubygem-rails*) pull in www/node. www/yarn, in my opinion, should also default to www/node. Whether www/node should be at version 8 or 9, is another decision that really needs to discussed and finalized. --=-=-= Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQKTBAEBCgB9FiEEVbCTpybDiFVxIrrVNqQMg7DW754FAloF0uhfFIAAAAAALgAo aXNzdWVyLWZwckBub3RhdGlvbnMub3BlbnBncC5maWZ0aGhvcnNlbWFuLm5ldDU1 QjA5M0E3MjZDMzg4NTU3MTIyQkFENTM2QTQwQzgzQjBENkVGOUUACgkQNqQMg7DW 7567LA/+Kk8oolxpqII05TZK28FUG6me94/GZoNSXsNh5R2qPgzACKs4wiISKMfY ODQjra01BiR7dplHIRBNU+4My3FhjcjQvUGYRV2sTgs+2SapiSNCtqdQt8XRU4LK lEuVU60tKRYQI+5D1x4E2kSz20FsdktQ50X6cnor67G5IFNmJYibzHOjly2cAprg ckmSZmq1qj8bbc43ney1wvoN3Esu3B4i/G5SKW9vYwEZ4ykJR3t9knIRbSPgXiYe /gj/Fx7WIXLAyPbvgZYB+Q8qBW19Ds56jyB6eZ5izdkmPxNHDlVFlHmfaEMT/okH jNBF4pFt9YikInlgA7I3HNdV6kOhTw/R0yAdcmkzTvLTjSLKr6WNI02QibPVvshB HXC+B8HyC7tEbaN3Ko5SenK3TRM1AkJsLhRgX/ohDlm0+1OOgJwnyRJ/brgDBAyB 8U+9Hhf/fjBLHjVtPX83KH9SkzTmSQ/i9U6H4qqM0fGh9DQ8xOPDTKf/2fLTDNOd twjFQsFW23aH383MJt/0LOIynIDsVo8xncHSM+PvdMclKI+MfKfIK51XrjM1cNEC XrGqjYb5EmtI5eATS9j+dqdY4EtZ7TC3VpGs4510THEbsbETtcCXgbR3Ab/QvBD/ sQEtbo+dmSjp88DOWGChG4MIFs6aUVf3ulHN6CzJ7QlVu3blQhE= =fCYh -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-=-=--
