As I understand it (please correct me if Im wrong!):

B+ is ok because it uses the same SoC as previous models (or similar) -
ARMv6 based.

2 uses an ARMv7 based SoC and as yet doesnt work, but a fix is in the works.

I bought a RPi 2 recently (my first one) and have been waiting for the fix
to come out so I can start using it. :-)
