Normally I would assume this means that there is no support and I should just go ahead and run another OS. However, FreeBSD is my 1st choice of OS and Id like to purchase this motherboard and run it on it. I have found that Linux supports the controller through a kernel patch. It therefore seems possible to me that someone has done the same for FreeBSD. Any information you have on the support or possible future support of this controller in FreeBSD is much appreciated.
