x11-toolkits/gtk2hs can optionally be built without large dependencies like mozilla, cairo, libglade, etc.
This can be does as:
./configure --disable-mozilla --disable-cairo
and such. Therefore, I think it would be wise to allow the choice when building gtk2hs from ports.
