At the place I work.. I was recruited through Craigslist.

After joining we have had a couple of times seeked for more positions in
help desk and Sysadmin.. On both situations we had best luck with
Craigslist.

We got the least response from that list.

Can't think of any other place besides those you mentioned..

Perhaps consider good candidates with other BSDs and perhaps even Linux.. As
important as direct experience in a subject matter is... finding the right
candidate with the right attitude is most important.

In particular look at what apps you will be using.
Say you will be doing the Mysql+Apache+PHP... someone strong in those 3 and
some other BSD/Linux and the right attitude.. may be a good fit.

Try changing your add to "Unix system administrator" and then mention
FreeBSD as a prefered Os... but make the skillset for your core programs a
must.

Good luck!
