Is this applicable to 11-CURRENT also?

That version (sys/arm/arm/identcpu.c) has:
void
identify_arm_cpu(void)
{
         u_int cpuid, reg, size, sets, ways;
         u_int8_t type, linesize, ctrl;
         int i;
