Hi, Carlo, The Csound list helped me to solve the problem. in fact, there are important changes since two versions of Csound. the old libraries and binary files seated in /usr/X11R6 => bin and libs were not deleted properly, by make deinstall, so there was a version mismatch. you can easily see this. deleting all csound files seated in /usr/X11R6 made the job. Csound v5.17.11 works fine now on current. with this correction if needed you can close the PR. Thanks, and best regards. Raoul rmgls@free.fr
