Please repocopy ports/security/tripwire/files/twpol.txt to
ports/security/tripwire/files/twpol.m4.

I plan on committing the new port in a few days after testing on my 4.11,
5.5, and 7.0-CURRENT testbed. Considering the speed of that machine,
this should take a couple of days. My intention is to have it committed
prior to the Feb 20 ports freeze.
